Here are four sets of .94b format soundfonts.
There are two GM compatible soundfont sets and two GS compatible soundfont sets.
Each of small(1MB) and large(3.5MB) size sets are available.

You can use the soundfonts sets through Set Manager application.

WaMi Box can read .tts, .94b and .sf2 format soundfont set.
